Participants during this session will learn three key strategies to support their team/school/district in moving from reactive to proactive:

• Grounding in Special Education Law (How the “why” for special education can keep people focused on compliance as a key lever for students)
• Structures and Systems (Four key systems and guiding questions to use in their development)
• Standard Operating Procedures (Promote shared accountability, consistency of practice, and to free up leadership time)
